We are a dispensing practice that offer a prescription service for our patients who live more than a mile from their nearest retail pharmacy. We do not use EPS (Electronic prescription service), however we do work with local retail pharmacies and can send prescriptions via post or courier collection for patients within one mile from a pharmacy. To nominate your preferred pharmacy please let us know via phone or email.
To set up online services, Please bring in photo ID to register. Please allow up to five working days for your prescription to be ready for collection.
Dispensary opening hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6pm
24 hour Prescripton Vending Machine
Once your prescription is ready you will receive a text with a pin code. Your prescription will be in the machine ready for you to collect at a time that suits you. Enter your pin code and your prescription will be ready.
Please note that the pin will only be valid for three days. We encourage patients to collect the prescription within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
Emergency prescription requests
Emergency prescription requests will be ready on the same day.
Medication reviews
If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will need to make a review appointment.
