We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system.
Routine GP Appointments
- You can book routine GP appointments by calling us on 01548 580214 or online via the NHS app.
- You can also request an appointment online for non-urgent medical advice or ask an admin query by using our online system. We will respond within two working days. Please use the link – Request an appointment online
- Appointments are available for telephone calls and for direct face to face slots. We also offer an enhanced access service(evenings and weekends).
- GP appointments are ten minutes, if you feel you need longer please request a twenty minute slot.
- The Doctors can call you (where appropriate). Please be available on your preferred number and ensure your contact details are up to date.
- We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Unfortunately we cannot provide a waiting list.
