Since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, we ask you to telephone for test results (eg blood, urine, x-ray) during the afternoon between 2pm and 6pm each day.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Please be aware that results can sometimes take up to 7 days before they are received at the surgery and have been checked by your doctor.
